Exchange Account removal

Every time I open up my email, I have a request for a password for my exchange account email! It was set up a few years ago for a job that I had and now I can’t get rid of it! I don’t know the password!

it interferes with writing emails, reading them, etc on my other email accounts. How do I stop this from occurring?
