Dell U2719DC monitor recurrent disconnections MacBook Pro 13" 2017 (macOS Catalina)
Recently I purchased a new Dell U2719DC monitor,
The highlight of the monitor is the "All in one" which included USB-C cable connection, a single cable solution that transmits power, data, video and audio.
This was one of the reasons I decided to go on this module.
I'm not sure on time, but I think the issue has started at the last macOS update 10.15.4 (19E287), I suffer from a lot of recurrent disconnections while I'm using the USB-C connection.
The disconnections are unexpected and can happen every few seconds or every few hours or even every few days.
As part of the effort to find the root cause, I tried to work with a regular HDMI cable and in parallel to transfer the power and data through the USB-C cable. That's didn't help and the recurrent disconnections were not stopped.
I've also tried to play with the monitor settings include factory reset.
Has anyone heard of a similar case and can assist? I don't know if this is a monitor or macOS version malfunction.
