I've just updated to IOS13.4.1 my iphone keeps trying to send imessage even though I have turned it off, is this a bug?
When i send a message, it gives me an error that imessage is turned off, and then i have to click 'send as text message'

Thanks for your post! I see that after updating your iPhone to iOS 13.4.1, you keep getting an error that iMessage is turned off, even though it was turned off intentionally. Have you in the past saved text messages in iCloud?
If so, refer to this article, specifically, "Turn off messages in iCloud":
Keep all your messages in iCloud
If this is not the case, and iMessage is turned off in your settings, make sure "Send as SMS" is enabled.
