My IPhone 11 (5 months old) has a black screen and frozen. I have tried EVERYTHING to bring it back to life. If I purchase a new iPhone, is there a way I will be able to transfer everything to my new phone? I cannot wait for the Apple store to open to take it in. Apple (over the phone) tried to help me but failed. She said I need to take it in to get a replacement. Open to any and all suggestions....

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
And apple support have been unable to help you further it will probably need service.
If its dead you might not be able to get any data out from it, so your best bet would be if you have an iCloud backup, or have it backed up to a computer.
