no device to approve on

I recently found an old 5th gen Ipod touch. I couldnt remember the passcode so i restored it. I am currently trying to set it back up again, i have just logged into my apple ID and put the code in from my phone, and then accepted. But it then says I have to approve it from Icloud on another device. The problem is i have no more apple products, just this ipod. no mac no iphone no ipad. so i have no way of approving it so cant get past that screen. I have tried logging into itunes and no devices are registered, and same on apple ID online. how can i get past this?
