When in a zoom meeting even though there is a a prompt to use Bluetooth active speaker it is grey and will not let me activate the JBL flip 5. This happens only with my iPad Air. All works fine when I host a meeting in my iPhone 7. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Zoom has Been Hacked:
I would stay off of Zoom. So word has it, they have lots of scams and hacks going on. So, if you contact Zoom, see where things stand. Zoom, reported this themselves.
