Iphone and Gmail not syncing

I have 2 phones...an Iphone 11 and an Iphone 7plus. I have my gmail on both phones. (not the app, use the mail feature) The issue is the gmail is not syncing correctly on my iPhone 11. I will read an e-mail or move it to a folder on my iPhone 7plus but it will not update on my iphone 11. It still shows an unread message or the e-mail still in my inbox and not a folder on the iphone 11. It does update in my browser and on the iphone 7plus. I did recently just update my iphone 11 today, but I updated my iphone 7plus days ago will no issue.

I've tried restarting the phone, as well as deleting the e-mail account and re-adding it. Nothing helped.

Please help! This is my work phone and the e-mails are all over!

Try killing and restarting the mail app—>How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If that doesn’t fix it restart your phone—>Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Or reverse the order. You should probably restart your phone periodically, anyway.

Is this your corporate iPhone? Do you have any profile installed by your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management then please contact the system administrator of your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management

If you have installed any profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...

If you want to turn on SSL trust for that certificate, go to Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings. Under "Enable full trust for root certificates," turn on trust for the certificate. Apple recommends deploying certificates via Apple Configurator or Mobile Device Management (MDM).

Same issues. Did not change any settings. In the last three days, if I delete an email on my iPhone, it still shows up on my iPad and Desktop. Using Mail app that comes with the phone and ipad, not gmail app. Still receiving email on all three devices, but changes not syncing. I have tried deleting and reinstalling my gmail account. Have been searching the web for a solution with no luck.
