pink line on my apple watch

so Today I decided to change my Apple Watch 5 and use it it was fine until today I noticed a pink line in the middle of the display. I don’t know if that’s meant to be there is there a way to get rid of the pink line?

I think your watch have been hitted by something now by change the screen you can rid of the pink line.
