calls answered on other device

I'm concerned that there is someone using my apple ID!

I cannot see any linked devices on my account apart from my own, but I have many calls being answered on "another device" and can see the call durations that happened (seems to be on USA timezone and area dialling codes). I also have iMessages to a woman with the same name as me (my ID has my first name in it). How is she using my number / iCloud email for so many things and how can I stop her?

I've contacted a few of the people to ask who they talk to on my ID but am met with abuse and threats!!! I do not share my ID with anyone. I have changed passwords and the problem still exists. Have always had 2 way authentication etc.
