Refund of previous purchase of YouTube Red that never worked since May, 2018

Can I get refund of previous purchase of YouTube Red that never worked since May, 2018? I could only do the refund got two month refunded. I could only browse the most recently purchase history online through support page to submit requests.

The support from YouTube from google just couldn’t find my valid subscription under my email which is the User ID I used to subscribed the YouTube Red.

If you have a subscription, you will be charged, even if you don't use it. To view and cancel your subscriptions see here:

Cancelling a subscription does not generate a refund. If you feel there are extenuating circumstances that justify a refund, use this procedure: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support Be very clear about what you are requesting. Your post sounds like you kept paying a subscription for two years even though it did not work, which is a bit unusual.
