How to get a refund for unwanted YouTube subscription

I signed up for a YouTube premium trial and forgot about it. Seven months later I realize I’ve been paying 15.99 for no more than occasionally watching a YouTube clip available to anyone. I’d like to try for a refund but Apple is not showing any option to request a refund in request a refund- a refund for YouTube just isn’t an option. One reason may be that my subscription is through an old iCloud id which I can’t access because I’ve lost the password. Yes I feel a bit stupid for forgetting, however, the email notices we’re going to my old email address and it’s not on my phone. Doh. Any advice please?

Check your web browser autofill entries, the Keychain, and other records, or use Apple's iForgot service, or contact their Account Security team, or click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
