SSD enclosure options??? Is it OWC or nothing?

I'm looking for an SSD enclosure for my original 128G SSD drive that I pulled from my 15" 2014 Macbook Pro.


OWC sells the Envoy Pro USB 3.0 for close to $90.


For my purpose, is there any other brand that makes a compatible enclosure??

Sometimes there are used or Open Box enclosures for sale at OWC which are significantly cheaper.


Apple uses a proprietary PCIe SSD connector so your options for an enclosure for the original Apple SSD is very limited.

Some of Apple's blade SSDs are the basic M.2 form factor but may have different connectors. This is a cheaper one but note the connector advisories:
