How long can I record a 4K 60FPS video on my iPhone XR?

I’m trying to use my iPhone XR to record about an hour to 2 hours worth of video in one go. Will the video stop recording or my phone shut down at a certain time? If I have it on airplane mode and plugged in, will it record until it’s full on storage? How much storage would a 4K 60FPS video at about 2 hours in length take up? Thanks
