Kernel Panic

Hi all, I'm experiencing a Kernel panic quite frequently (almost everyday) on my 2018 MacBook Pro 13" TB.

I don't know what is causing it because I don't quite know how to read these reports.

Any help would be appreciated! I can provide more information as required!

As a work-around try turning off power Nap.

if no joy, turn off the top item in the red box as well:
