New IOS 13.4.1

I’ve recently downloaded the new IOS 13.4.1 update and ever since then my phone has not been working properly. It will not let me call out sometime and it will end calls when it comes in. It was 100% fine before I’ve done the update. I have an IPhone 7plus and my GF has an IPhone XR and it is doing the same for her phone as well so it isn’t just my phone. I want to know what is going on and why apple have released an update that is broking people’s phones. And wondering if anyone else is having the same problems on there iPhone with the new update. I wouldn’t recommend doing it as well just incase the same thing might happen to you. I wasn’t expecting that an update could brake my phone. I mean thank you apple for making my phone worse. Some of use don’t have money to get a new phone. Not at the price that they are at now. I would love for someone to help with my problem and maybe sort something out for me cos my phone isn’t working to the full 100% that it was before hand

My two phones - work and personal are at 13.4.1 without issues

I would try the following steps

Try a forced restart

To perform a hard reboot on the iPhone X, press and quickly release the Volume Up button, then do the same for the Volume Down button. Follow up by pressing the Side button, and hold until the display suddenly shuts off — about 10 seconds. Keep holding the Side button and release when the device turns back onto its Apple boot screen. This is the same process the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus use to force-restart, too.

If the issue persists

Back up your phone to a computer

Then reset it to factory settings

Reset your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support

See if the issue resolves - if it has resolved - restore the backup

Thank you. I will try them steps as soon as I can and see if they work. If not I will have to back it all up to a computer like. You said. Hopefully that will sort the issue out. I’ve heard a couple of people have some issues about the new update. My camera app wouldn’t work properly and I seen that someone else had the same issue. Hopefully it can be a simple fix
