Hi have recently purchased a second hand mac air from an owner but i go stuck at the bio lock screen while trying to reset it to use. I have contacted him and with proof he has deactivated his find my mac but i still can not go pass the bio lock screen what can and do or what must the previous owner do so i can have access?

Are you talking about the BIOS Firmware lock on the MacBook Air? If YES then that is different from Find My [Devices]. A BIOS Firmware lock is placed on the motherboard and is usually present in computers that are issued by an employer. If this is the case then I recommend that you return the MacBook and get a refund.

Thanks for the reply, so this is what i have on the screen after it displayed the find my device was on. I then contacted him and he has sent me pictures that he has removed the device from his iCloud account. So him and i are both puzzled as to what is happening
That image that you posted concludes that there is a Firmware password lock on your MacBook Air. The only way that it can be turned OFF is by entering the password. If the seller does not know it then send the MacBook Air back to the seller and demand a refund of your money.
