tv.apple.com cannot sign in from browser

I cannot sign in to tv.apple.com from browser (have tried Chrome and Explorer) to access my AppleTV+ content. I get a message"idmsa.apple.com refused to connect." See image. Help please.

PC Security Software Usage:

On your PC, disable security as mentioned above, then log in. But be certain to reenable it once created. If it still gets in the way, then it is something to do with the firewall settings. Perhaps let the apple.com domain to do its part, by adding it to the exceptions list.
