I accidentally deleted some photos from my iPhone so I restored my phone from a backup, and the photos are not there. When I go to iCloud backup in settings it says "Some files were unavailable during the last backup". Is there a way I can get these deleted photos back?

Were you syncing your photos with iCloud? Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos = ON?
If so, your photos are not in your backup. Most people are syncing their photos with iCloud.

If so, your photos are not in your backup. Most people are syncing their photos with iCloud.
That message refers to the last backup that was attempted, so that means the last backup failed. If you don’t sync photos with iCloud then your photos would be included in the backup. If you restored a backup and the photos weren’t in the backup, they are gone.
