Is there a way or plan from apple care to protect safari/ internet browser from viruses???

AppleCare is a hardware warranty option. Theft coverage can be added. It has nothing to do with software/software protection.

Apple software already contains anti-virus protection. Currently, there are no know viruses that affect Macs or devices. There is adware/malware, but they aren't viruses.
