I desperately need Teams on iPad 2 for my pupils to access Teams from home. I read a post on this site about installing an old version of iTunes to help enable this. When clicking on the link it doesn't let me download it. Any ideas?
iPad 2, iOS 9
The iPad 2 was released by Apple in 2011. It cannot run an iOS version greater than iOS 9.3.X.
Microsoft Teams does run on iPads and is available in the App Store. However, both your iPad hardware and iOS version are too old to support it.

That is correct. As you can see in my list of supported devices above, the 4th generation iPad is absent from the list, and therefore not eligible to obtain Microsoft Teams.
Note this generation iPad was released by Apple 7½ years ago.

Unfortunately, the iPad 2 is very old hardware (9 years is crazy old in technology), and new apps no longer support that device. Some developers may maintain older versions of those apps, but that is few and far between. Your students will need newer devices or you will need to utilize another platform.
