Health app and medications list.

I don’t understand why I can’t manually list my medications (as well as other pertinent records.). I’m the health app. I can only pull from certain networks, like hospitals or medical centers. Not everyone has. Doctor that is affiliated with a medical center or hospital. I should be able to manually put in my info if need be.
