my hinge on my macbook air seems loose, if i am using it and there's minor movement. can it be tightened? how much it will cost?

Does the screen wobble a bit or does it suddenly fall backwards? If the former, then the screws holding the clutches to the display (beneath the clutch cover) can be tightened. Otherwise if the display flops backwards and won't hold position, then the clutches are damaged and will require having to replace the Display Assembly.
