how to get out of sleep mode ?

I read your advice on solving this problem, it did not help me. my problem is that when I raise my wrist, my Watch does not go out of sleep mode (this function is enabled in the settings), sometimes even when you click on the screen, it does not light up, but when you press Digital Crown it always lights up. please help me solve this problem!
