Cannot Verify Server Identity

So this is randomly happening again on my wife's iphone 11 pro max. It only happens when she is using data and not on wifi. It does not matter what screen she is on, it can happen at anytime while using any app or doing nothing on the phone. She gets them for both gmail and yahoo. She has already deleted and added back the email accounts a couple of times. Any idea on a fix?
