Glitches while using Whatsapp on iphone11

Well hello all

i have been using iphone11 since its launch in September. Previously i had iphone6s plus. When i got my new iphone i opted for “transfer my data from an old iphone” option at the startup. Everything works fine. Its with the Whatsapp application that i have been facing difficulties. While using the app at times when i am in a conversation and get back to the chat menu the fonts “CHAT” overwrites over the “broadcast list” fonts. Also there are glitches while typing a message at times the cursor seems floating or blinking at a different position from where i am writing. I tried taking help from the apple store customer support. They said the hardware and all is just perfect and that there might be some issue with the software. So I reinstalled the IOS using iTunes. But still the problem persists. Its really annoying using the fastest and the best smartphone in the world yet facing glitches like these.

i could really use a solution to this problem and if someone else is facing the same issue what can be the possible cause for this??
