Not realizing that my work Apple Icloud was showing all of my personal apple icloud. I deleled the documentsfrom cloud and found out that I lost the documents on my personal Word documents. Can I get them back?

Sign in with your Apple ID credentials at iCloud.com via any web browser. Click or tap on the iCloud Drive icon, then on the Recently Deleted button on bottom of the screen. Removed files are kept for 30 days, unless you specifically deleted them from here.

Going forward, you may want to check thus. What you are describing can't happen if the 2 Apple IDs are unique.

Did you not create an iCloud or iTunes backup recently?
