Apple watch activity
how can i sync my apple watch’s activity to my phone’s activity app? It was synced the first 2 days i started my watch and then it stopped

Try this first;
Close the Activity app on the iPhone
On your watch: go the Home screen
(single press of the Digital Crown) and tap on
the Activity app icon (coloured rings).
Press firmly on the screen > tap on Change
your Move Goal > change the goal.
Restart watch.
