on may 17 i was deducted $0.99 from my banking acc due to the 50G plan of storage i chose, but this is my 2nd time paying the $0.99. why is my icloud storage still sitting at 50G max if i’ve already payed twice for 50G

i’m still kind of confused, i thought each time i’d pay 0.99 i’d get 50GB added to my icloud storage, but i’m guessing it’s not like that correct
It isn't correct. You are renting iCloud storage space and paying a monthly fee. The amount of storage remains the same unless you pay a higher fee to rent more.
