iCloud storage

Why do I continue to get warnings of capacity and asked if I want to increase capacity by paying $0.99 per month? I am CURRENTLY and have been for sometime, paying that exact amount for increased storage.

That amount is automatically deducted from my bank account AT PRESENT. Is increased storage NOT being applied?

Go to Settings>Your Name>iCloud. The amount of storage that you have is shown at the top. It is possible to exceed the 50GB of storage of you use iCloud Photos and have a device with a large capacity such as 256GB or more.
