i do have Apple watch nike series 5 and i cannot cuatomize my watch face by tapping the screen. the CUSTOMIZE does not appear at the middle bottom. what should i do?

I customize the face by using the Watch app on my iPhone.
Thanks, I’ll give it a try after I’ll force restart it, unpair and pair it again with the iphone
Don't tap the screen,press and hold with your finger and the watch face will vibrate and then you can customize it.
