My wife and I both have iPhone 6. Mine always has difficulty connecting to WiFi when an merely 3m away from the router but hers works pretty fine. Have tried all troubleshooting without success as both phone have the same setup info. What need I do?

Most likely it’s a hardware problem. You can try Settings/General/Reset - Reset Network Settings, but if that doesn’t fix it you have few options. Apple will replace the phone for more money than it is worth, or you may be able to find a local 3rd party shop that can fix it if the problem is only the antenna. Or maybe its time to replace a 6 year old phone. The SE Second Edition is a good replacement that is not expensive.

The connection problem is across all WiFi networks. Does it mean it’s a hardware problem? Can it be fixed?
Is this all Wi-Fi networks or one specific network? If it’s all networks your phone probably has a broken Wi-Fi antenna connection. If it’s just one network try rebooting the router.
