Apple education pricing

Just today while I was looking trough your page and saw the Apple education pricing. Does this apply for every college? Would I still be able to get a better deal if I go to a college in Slovenia, Europe? If so, what discount do I get?

Educational Discount Hello! I am a student in the United States. I, not only attend this public high school, but I also work there. Does Apple's educational discount apply to me as well? It applies to colleges that participate in the program. Ask to see if yours does and not all products qualify for education pricing.
