My husband's iPhone X is frozen and when trying to shut it down and restart, it calls 911. What do I do?

This is the proper way to force restart the iPhone.
- Press and quickly release the volume up button
- Press and quickly release the volume down button
- Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo appears
