Unexpected shutdown of my Mac

Every once and a while my Mac will shut down and I get this error. I have also included a screenshot of the problem details and system configuration.

MacOS is more then capable of protecting itself without any help from third party app’s like Norton.

If fact Symantec/Norton is one of the worst things that you can install and run on your Mac.

I suggest totally uninstalling Norton as per their instructions.

Then starting up is Safe Mode followed by a normal restart and then test it for a day or two.
