iMessage Help!!!

I'm not receiving iMessages on my iPhone but I am on my Mac. This issue only occurs with one particular person. I've tried reseting iMessage under settings on my phone and did the same on my Mac. but nothing seems to work. This is extremely inconvenient as I don't always have access to my Mac. Please help.
