I can't upload a picture of my receipt to proof of purchase ??
Is there a special way to do this ? The normal way of selecting file and click upload will not work

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! I understand that you're unable to upload a copy of your proof of purchase from your iPhone. Are you attempting to upload the receipt at the request of someone you spoke with from Apple Support? If so, I suggest contacting them again:
If that isn't the case, could you tell us more about where you're attempting to upload the receipt? Is it using an email link or a specific website and if so, which browser? Where is the picture located? In the Photos app, Files app, or somewhere else?
