Troubles with password

I don't remember my iPhone 5s password, and I can't reset it using iTunes. What to do? my iPhone is disabled and asks to connect to iTunes

FYI, there is an iPhone passcode and an Apple ID password. I assume you mean passcode. If so, these are your only options:

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
