I phone 8 plus

What suggestions you have . My I phone screen is blank. Only when connected to a charger it starts blinking on and off with the Apple logo. My neighbor try connected to iTunes. He said just before I restoring was complete an error code 4005 came up . He tried three times after. What should I do

follow steps here If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support
