facing issue downloading new app from apple store

I’m facing issue that whenever I want to download new app , it keeps loading but nothing later

Can’t download apps Hello, I’m unable to download or update any app from the AppStore. When I click on the get button it simply loads and after a while it pop up again ! Nothing happens 🤷‍♂️ I’ve tried many solutions online including signing in and out, resetting all settings and many others... it seems to only work over WiFi please help
