Refund

Hi,there. I bought AirPods pro at the Apple Metrotown in Vancouver, Canada on March 11.

I wanted to get a refund, but I couldn't because the COVID-19 exploded and all the Apple stores across the country were closed.

I haven't unpacked the package yet and the plastic is still there. I heard that the Canadian Apple Store will open this week. Can I get a refund?
