Bedtime Alarm

I turned the thing on to see what it was all about and now I can't get rid of it. What's up with that? and why can't anyone seem to know what they're doing in Apple Communities. I've read several questions about this feature that I DON'T want! Come on folks. A little help here??? How do I DELETE the Bedtime Alarm feature?????
