I can’t restore my Mac OS

Hello, I have a macbook pro, I have updated my operating system to mac os catalina. I didn't like it and wanted to go back to the Mojave. According to various videos from the Internet and your articles, I came to the conclusion that I deleted files from my computer along with the operating system and when I press shift+alt+cmd+r, I get a globe and at the bottom they offer me to choose a wi-fi network. After I click and enter my network password, it shows me that I am connected, but nothing changes, I have not found a solution to my problem on the Internet. I decided to wait and in 3-4 minutes the error-2002F popped up. I apologize for the errors in the email.

I've already looked there, but I haven't solved the problem. When I press any combination of these keys, the computer shows the rotating earth and offers to select a network. I choose and enter a password, but nothing changes. The download bar is not shown, and after 3-4 minutes, the computer shows the error -2002F. You can see this in the screenshots.
