Macbook pro 16 dead screen

I am facing glitches and flickering lines in my Mac 16". The issue started 4 days back on its own. Already contacted Applecare . They ran software diagnosis and turns out its a hardware issue. And with the current lockdown situation it is impossible for me to go and visit and Apple service centre.


Bought this machine in Feb 2020, and really disheartened to face a situation within 4 months. Lockdown wont be lifted anytime in next 1-2 months? What do i do?

Mac notebook, contact us and we'll send you a box you can use to ship it to an Apple Repair Center. We'll return your repaired product to you as quickly as possible. Depending on where you get service, you might be able to check the status of your repair online. Start a service request https://support.apple.com/mac/repair/service
