FCPX Update or Upgrade?

Hello, If you purchased FCPX 10.4.8, when there is a new release.

Do you get a free update or free upgrade for the new release and how long you be able to continue getting a free update or upgrade?

Am I be able to reinstall the FCPX that I purchased for a new computer if I have a new computer?

So far all updates have been free. You can install the application on any computer you own and control, or computers that are part of Family Sharing.
