How can I speak to someone at support

I tried that I answer the security questions to get into my account and tells me that my security answers are incorrect and it will not let me reset the security questions

So I had to replace my phone and i backed it up to what I though was my Icloud account an I lost all my texts pictures everything from last 3 years.

This **** is not helpful
