good morning, yesterday my dad's phone went off suddenly and now it doesn't turn on anymore. my dad had opened an application and at some point the iPhone completely turned off. the iPhone has no physical damage. we tried to connect it to our macbook pro but nothing has changed
how can we do? who could we contact? (we come from Italy)

I found if you hold the power button for a minute, it should turn on. If it does not, please contact Apple Support:
