Transferring all data from a broken iPhone to a new one

Hi, I'm new here and I really need help. A month ago mi iPhone 6s got it's screen broked, it still in function, it can be ON and OFF, it can enter in recovery and DFU mode. And finally today, I buyed a new iPhone 8. So my question is how can I make a backup from my old 6s device, which screen is broken, to my new iPhone 8, because the last backup from iCloud of my old device, was a few weeks before it gets broken, and I need the LASTEST and more recent data from my old phone. Thanks in advance.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

See the article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT201263

iPad with Home button, iPhone 6s or earlier, and iPod touch (6th generation) or earlier: Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons at the same time. Keep holding them until you see the recovery mode screen.

Another method is if you have signed in with same apple id and password that you used in old iPhone on your new iPhone the complete iCloud data ( whatever is stored in the server , the past data / present data ) will start syncing in new iPhone see the articles https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202033
