hey! I bought a new iphone 12 today because my old iphone 11 broke. how can i transfer my data from my old iphone when broken? (considering my Icloud backup isn't updated)

Try connecting it to itunes on your mac or laptop, then Hold the home button until you hear "voice over" tone. Then speak your password. The device should show up in the launcher. Make a back up from there. Worked for me. Good luck!

You can restore the last backup you made of your old phone to the new one.
It's too late to back up the old one again now.

That is not how voiceover works...
You can not enter your passcode by speaking it.
