I’ve had my phone for 4 months. In a case the entire time. I live in Washington state not a super hot sunny area. And the edges are turning light orange all over like the paint is fading? I had all previous models for years I had my 6s plus and it never once happened, but in 4 months this happens? Not to mention my phone is in perfect condition besides their faulty paint job on the aluminum border,

I have similar issue too with my iphone11 red. From the growing thread here, it really does appear apple has got product quality issue and should get their act together.
Exact same issue here with an iPhone 11 red. Discoloration started after a few months, mainly at the bottom. The device has been well protected in a case since day 1.

Both my red iPhone 11 and my red watch 6 are doing this.
Joining the chorus. Had the same response as everyone else. Pretty disappointing, I’ll be avoiding the coloured aluminium from now on.
