403 Forbidden

I'm trying to get support online because my phone won't turn on and I keep getting 403 forbidden on the support contact. I've tried everything but nothing works. This is only on Apple support. I never get this issue anywhere else.

I don't use a VPN

I've turned off my virus protection

I've created a new admin and tried it on that account

What else can I do?? My phone is not working.

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Both links work for me. Do the links work if you boot into the Safe Mode?

Safe Mode - About.

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.  Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply. After pasting the report in a PasteBin page, go to the top of the page, and copy the address in the URL bar. Paste that in a new reply.        Pastebin.

The website initially worked, then all of a sudden it stops working. I have changed nothing on my end but the support site keeps giving me this 403 forbidden page for a week now. I've tried safe mode, I've disabled my virus protection, I've tried multiple devices but I'm still getting the same error. I also want to mention that I am not the only person with this issue and this error never occurs on any other website but Apple Support.

My phone stopped working for some odd reason one day and I can't get it to turn on whatever I do. Then I try to contact Apple Support and I talk to somebody, then the person asks me to restart my computer and right afterwards, I start getting this 403 Forbidden error, and now I can't even access Apple Support anymore. This is really frustrating.
